Important notes:
For security purpose, Webmail times out after a period of inactivity and automatically logs out a user even in the middle of composing a mail. To prevent that, you can activate the automatic email checking feature to have webmail automatically renew sessions. Go to Options --> New Mail, and set auto checking option to 'every 5 minutes.' You then need to keep a window open on the Inbox page.
When you leave webmail, be sure to click the 'Log Out' button before closing your browser.
